I could go on and on, but I'll tell you he suggested 1/6th of the amount of money for the claim that the general contractors estimated, and it was approved. I'll have to use my own money to fix this mess. Buyer be very very aware.
UPDATE: The fine gentleman who verbalized that, overall everything is okay, but there are a few minor issues, like the sink having a small leak and I suggest a plumber looking at the heating pipes since one failed. Nothing else, no mention of my flue. Then after I got my check, they dropped me two days later, lol. Due to something they didn't like about my flue. Wonder why he didn't ever mention that? You figure it out; very shady to say the least. Not to mention he actually forgot his tool to measure moisture at my house, lol. What a guy!!
